The international HTC Butterfly (http://www.htc.com/www/smartphones/htc-butte rfly) is the phone you want. Better specs and does have an SD slot. Right now, if you can find one, it would cost around $700.
They have a new flagship just "leaked" called the HTC M7, with a 4.7" screen 1080p, etc... that is supposed to replace the One+.
