Palm Treo 700p

Does anyone use their pocket tunes on the 700p? I am having some trouble figuring it out. Do I have to purchase the upgrade in order to get any music? I'm a little confused. Also, is there any way to use your own ipod songs on it? Any help will be much appreciated!

I was reading the review on the 700p on treocentral.com and in one of the screen shots of the calendar it shows a birthday cake icon in the day view. Can anyone tell me how to get this on my phone. Thank you in advance!

I want to have both aim and msn messaging on my treo if possible. I was reading about both of these programs and was wondering if anyone had any opinions on them or if there is an even better one! I appreciate any info you can spare! Thanks!

I love my 700p but have not had good luck with bluetooth pairing. It works well when connected, but disconnects after hanging up. after reading reviews on various websites for over an hour now, it seems that this is a 700p flaw. Can somebody pls prove me wrong and point me to a headset that works - whether it be hands-free and/or combined stereo?

I've had it with the Q and am ready to come home to the 700p, but am reading not-so-good things about battery life. As far as I can tell, this is the only drawback. I'd like to not let it prevent me from a purchase, but also don't want to be charging this thing 3x/day. What's the scoop? Is there a larger battery that can be used?

I am about to switch to a 700p but I am concerned about how it is as a palm. Anyone have experience with this and other high end palm devices? I need both a phone and a good palm without having to carry 2 as I currently do. Please assist.

So i bought a new neoprene case for the phone and its great, except when i latch it shut often it kicks the card out...

...with ringo that becomes a problem with the custom rings, and i want it to stay in.

Is there any way to lock the card down like a switch or a trick etc etc?

After playing with my son's 700p the old bug of "gee, it would be nice to carry one device versus 2 (phone and blackberry) would be great" was biting again!

As I mentioned this to my son he reminded me that the maximum the treo can only be set to check mail is every five minutes. Well, I think that I can live with this, until he told me that when he chose this option, it killed his battery in no time :-(

Has anyone found a remedy to this so that they can check email close to a Blackberry schedule without killing the battery?

I'm planning on purchasing a Treo this weekend, and i'm trying to decide if I should get the 650 or the 700 (Sprint). I use the internet a lot and memory is something I will need. I would like to know if it's worth the extra $250 for the 700p or not. Is the internet really that slow on the 650?

I currently have a CDM9900 which I use mobile web to read email, IM and as an emergency modem when needed. All of this just burns air time. Can you use the 700p in the same way or are you required to buy a data package? Guess I should look at a RAZR if this is required. 40$ is what I pay for road runner, and this would be no where near that bandwidth.

I am very interested in getting information on the Treo 700P from Verizon. I had the previously models and I love them all. They just keep getting better as time goes along.

Anyhow, I took a trip to the Sprint Store by me because the Verizon store by me does not have the 700p in stock. I figured hey they are the same phone but different carriers.

So I walked in and tested out the phone. WOW, it lagged for anything. If I wanted to go back to the main menu it lagged, sednd a text, surf the web, etc.

Is this device the same with Verizon? It would be a shame to purchase the device and spend top dollars on it come to find out its a lagger.

Please tell me its not!
