Motorola A1200 / MING

I got motorola phone tools v4.04, and my computer recognizes my phone, but when I try to transfer .mp3s or contacts it won't do it. Anybody else have this problem?

I've got GPRS set up, but I don't know how to set it up for gmail, or any other email for that matter. Can anybody help?

I am currently using the phone right now, will be posting a review soon. I can also get you guys a deal on that phone if you are in southern california with T-Mobile.

I am seriously looking forward to purchase either the V3i w/itunes or the MING A1200. But would like to know something about PDA's, I know its able to view web pages but what kind of service must one enroll to in order to do so, must I make a 1yr. contract or can I get that with a pre paid service. Also anyone who owns the Ming phone have trouble with setting up? Finally which phone would you pick V3i w/itunes or Ming?

jus got this phone for $750 cad, and im lovin it, its sick 😈 , just couple of problems/questions/comments.
1. user manual isn as good as it could be (for noobs like me)
2.the charger is a huge azzz 3 pin uk plug which needs a converter. (my package)
3. i can't figure out how to upload (?!!) video clips .. there's a real producer program included in the package but even after convertin my music videos to rm, the program gives a "duzn recognz codec" or sumitn like that msg, i can't find a program to convert my videos to mp4, which i think is the aprprt 4mat. plz help! tx in advance.
4. oh, and one more thing , it duzn work on telus network, i had to switch to rogers wireless. (4telus users).
5.good battery life (2 included), ...

Don't know if it's just me or the phone, but does anyone else have trouble charging it?

I've got the Motorola's ming A1200 it came with a CD(motorola phone tools) after I've installed the software every thing works I think but I can't get the Melodie studio to work on the MMS window there no Melodie studio option can any one help me?

...I loved my Moto A780 Linux-based cellular, but still little support for apps and games on Linux phones in the US. Contacting Moto in Hong Kong was completely useless.

Cellular Concepts is a good seller, so perhaps you won't be completely unsupported, in case a software flash/upgrade is necessary to fix things.
