Boy it hasn't taken that long to really deflate this forum!!! I guess evenyone was tired of waiting for this phone seeing that the K1 is comming out...

Heard it was suppose to come out within th next week? any1 know for sure?

Just checking - there's no problem with using a 1 GB card, is there? I had a nokia phone once that malfunctioned when I used 1 gb card, for some reason. Maybe it was just a bad card. Now I feel a little paranoid about using a 1 GB card in my new v3i. Is there any reason not to use it? I bought aa Sandisk 1 gb card yesterday.

While the V3i release date has been pushed back again and again, has Motorola done anything to improve the features of the phone?

I'd like to see some of the more fun features upgraded like a 96x96 pixels external screen, more embedded memory and maybe a flash on the camera.

Found out today that the V3I should be in stores next friday in the Carolinas... I received the one that goes on the I-Tunes display today. We can't put it up till the phone is released but the UI is exactly the same as the SLVR. It seems to be a little more responsive than the V3!!!!

does anybody know when this is cooming out in the us for cingular?

im using a v3i with my tmobile service. I installed the browser updates into the phone so that text and picture messaging work along with tzones{ i work for a tmobile master dealer} all of a sudden today, i keep receiving duplicates of messages i have already received or when a message is sent to me, i receive it twice.....this is the first time i have heard of this and im confused bc other than that, it works perfectly..no problems with itunes...camera's fine..i downloaded games and ringtones off tzones on the phone with no problem....any ideas guys?????

Has anyone used a lanyard type of headset listening to itunes? or do they make one like the ipod nano's? looking for the best way to handle

Does anyone know when the Razr Maxx will be availiable through Cingular? After comparing it to the v3i, I think I'm going to wait it out. However, I'm poor... will the maxx wipe me out? It's a tough choice.

i called my local cingular store today because i heard a rumor the v3i would be out today or tommorow...she told me it is for $250 w/ $50 MIR on a 2 year...(overpriced if you ask me) the only color they have it in is that sweet maroon red color...if you live in metro detroit the store is on Harper north of 10 Mile...

Yeah EngadgetMobile Said This Phone Will Begin shipping, why? the K1 has an Mp3 player built in this seems wierd selling a last gen razr when the next gen will be out in a 2 months or so... You can get one on amazon.com

i have a motorola v3i for sale with original packaging. it is used and is violet gunmetal. this phone is awesome. hit has a 1.23 megapixel camera, expandable micro sd slod, itunes so you can sync with itunes on your computer and use it as a mp3 player, and many other great functions. practically new.. has a few minor scrathes but will give you replaceable oem faceplates that you can change on if the tiny scratches bother you. the faceplates are the same color. it also has a small blemish in the screen that is only noticeable when the screen is blacked out. other than that the phone is great and im only selling it because i need some money. it comes with phone, software, headset, screen cleaner, and as mentioned before, original packagin...

What's this phone USB and BT sync data rate?

How can I put ringtones on this phone. Is there a way to email them to your phone as an attachment and save them as ringtones?? Does anyone know what file types this phone plays as ringtones? PLEASE HELP!

I know I saw a post about increasing the overall volume on this phone, but I can't find it. My phone seems a little too low when I'm listening to a caller.

Can someone give me the site that tells you how to hack into it? I've never done anything like that, but I want to take a look at how to do it.

Other than that, I really like my unlocked V3i w/Itunes from Wireless Experts on Ebay.

Okay I got the phone today bought it unlocked and used my Cing. Simm card. Everything seems to work but I can't seem to get the I-tunes to work-with my USB Cable my pc(Windows XP) sees the phone but I-tunes ver 6.05 doesn't show the tele icon in the source list what am I doing wrong? and also how do you change ringtones on this phone?
