Doesn't accept WMA format?

Does anybody know if the Motorola Music Player accepts the WMA format? I've downloaded a few WMA songs to the card, but it's not seeing those songs. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong.

Big disappointment...GPRS??? EDGE maybe..Come on..it's 2006!!!

I've been looking at the old RAZR model for a while and thinking about changing from my Nokia 6230 to it when I saw that an upgrade to the RAZR was coming out.

This new RAZR would be perfect if it were on par with the VZW RAZR or Sprint's Blade. To do that it would have to have one important thing...UMTS or HSDPA. Both the V3c and the Blade have EVDO. For Moto to only include GPRS with a POSSIBLE EDGE upgrade is laughable in 2006!!! Cingular had better just keep with the old model until Moto can get them on par with the CDMA world...

Sad Motorola, really sad.

Got the V3i in my hand! It has alarm!

well got a call late last night and my local verizon tech friend allowed me to buy my Razr V3i !!

So far so good. the menu options and stuff are kinda different. i've owned startac's, v60's, samsung, v710, and now razr.

This phone is amazingly small. i dont think i'd need a belt clip any more! fit's in your pants pocket and you hardly know it's there.

i'm going to look into buying the software from someone on ebay to unlock the phone.

just starting to play with it, there's alot i havent messed with yet.

verizon kinda messed with me a bit. got the e-mail the other day (wed.) saying it was availible online with $100 rebate. so i ordered it. well friday i called to check the status since it said 2-5 day delivery. they told me i...

T-Mobile

I know we are all guessing it will be a Cingular Exculsive, but I talked to the T-Mobile rep at a T-Mobile Store in California and he said that they are currently testing the V3i on the T-Mobile network right now. Interesting if the phone is a Cingular Exclusive.

Available 4th Quarter????

I had heard that Cingular was not going to release this phone until well into the first quarter of 2006. How is it that it is listed as being available in the 4th quarter of 2005? Does someone know something that I don't know?

Cincinnati Bell....V3i available end of January

Cincinnati Bell Wireless (www.cbwireless.com) will be releasing this phone end of Janaury. THey are now entireley GSM and are turning off their remaining TDMA (how old...lol) towers on January 3, 2006.

For those of you in the Cincinnati Bell calling area...you can't go wrong with Cin Bell. THey have REALLY come a long way.

Edge?

I read in one earlier post that T-Mobile will not be coming out with any more phones with Edge because of issues with the Edge chipsets.

I'd really like to see a Razr phone with Edge.

I was not aware of a problem, but it is interesting that I used two phones with Edge, the v330, and the v360, and the Web connection seemed no faster than GPRS, maybe even slower with the v360. I acutally returned to v360 and traded it for a Razr, which overall is a much more user-friendly phone.

V3i is available in the states

I just checked the site Simoncells.com, and the razr V3i is available, for 629.99, this is great news. I would most likely wait about two 2 for weeks, because i am sure the price will go down drastically.
