Motorola RAZR V3i / V3t / V3e / V3r

I just got my v3i 🙂 but it has a 50 song cap on it ☹️ I think its the european ed, how do i remove the cap? I had a upgrade screen on my computer, but i lost it, can you link me or something, thanks!

Ok, so i bought this phone because it said it was unlocked and would work with any carrier. So I have verizon wireless, and they have the V3c phone, they said they havn't heard of this one yet, is this going to work, or did i screw myself over, i need some help on how to get this phone working, also if it doesn't work with verizon what companies does it work with?

Would anybody encourage/decourage (if thats a word) buying this phone off ebay?

btw, this guy lives >5 miles away from me, and he wont let me pick it up, does that mean that its not a "real" company S$P trading co.?

I bought this phone instead of the pricy V3X but may roll with that one soon too. The V3i so far has been great besides the scratches my kid got on the,..It didnt come with Itunes because its not company specific yet. The media player it comes wiht is just fine but you dont even need to use it. The storage on the phone itself is decent, but when you use the memory card look out. I dont see anything wrong with this phone at all. And once you figure out how to make ring tones from mp3's off your computer wiht phone tools your all set.
Only con to the phone is its too new. Even though you can get tzone provisioned and MMS the phone itself is too new to be recognized to download ringtones. But then again who cares when you can make the...

Hello, sorry for the noobie 🤭 question. But I need a new phone badly. I want the V3i, but the phone isn't out yet under Cingular. My question is what is the process if I bought this phone? Do I bring it to a Cingular store an get a SIM card with all the settings etc??? What all would I lose by doing this? Does Cingular or other compaines frown upon this?

My rarz 3v freezes up when I try to write a meesage..

I works fine other wise..

I recently bought a stereo bluetooth headset, and it works fine for everything exept MP3 playback. Does anyone have this same problem?

my contract is up with cingular, I was thinking of getting this phone (does anyone knows when this will be available).

Or I am better off with the oild v3. I dont take that many pictures.

I'm not a big camera/music user (at least with a phone). I was looking at getting a RAZR, RAZR V3i (V3x), V360. I didn't see any features in the V3i worth the extra $100. Does the phone function any better then the original RAZR ? Better signal, voice quality, battery etc ?

Any advice between these 4 phones ?

I JUST SPOKE TO A TMOBILE REP AND ASKED WHAT NEW PHONE ARE GOING TO BE COMING OUT AND TOULD ME THE NOKIA 6103 DUE OUT MAY 1, A BLACKBERRY 8700 DUE APRIL 14 , AND THE SAMSUNG T509 DUE OUT APRIL 24. 😁 😁

Just yesterday my phone began having trouble. I still recieve calls, but the screen is displaying only the ring level screen, (and therefore I can not access messages, address book, or any other application.) I have taken the battery out over night, turned the phone on and off several times and still no luck in resolving the problem. Is there any way to reset the phone? Can anyone offer advice on how to fix this?

Does anybody know when Cingular will offer this phone?

Can't decide which one. Both are good looking phones. Any suggestions from anyone regarding which one?

For those of you that currently own the RAZR V3i. Can iTunes play with the phone closed? As if so can you set up the iTunes player to skip certain songs on your playlist and just play the ones you want?

I know that there are website where we can get free ringtones, does anyone wanna share with me where I can find any? I really dont want to pay for tones...

Anyone else have a problem with low volumn? Even with it all the way up, it is hard to hear in noisy areas. Same problem with and without use of a headset. Thanks.

What is the true? Some people say it has itune, some other people say it does have itunes. I am confure 😲
