Motorola i870 / i875

nextel told me initially this was possible, but now tell me it isnt. Can you give me any imput. Otherwise I am going to return it. Thanks.... 😢

Does anyone know of a way to Speed Dial a Private number? (i.e. a PTT number?)

I just got the new HT820 stereo headset from Motorola. I can use it as a hands-free headset for phone calls but cannot get the Mp3's to play via Bluetooth. Does anyone know how to make this work?

Does anyone know if the ringtone format can be changed to accept any format other than 8000/mono/8bit? The sound quality sucks in this format and I can't get the regular mp3 tones to play in the "ringtones"

I bought the i870 a week ago and I like the phone but I really wanted the i930. it's back on the website now so i put my order in to get it!!!!

the salesman said that the outsite display does not show a picture. he sounded like he did not know what he was talking about. and not a single one of you have complained about this issue or listsd it as a con. would you mind filling me in? Thanks.

Happened during direct connect conversation. Screen went Blue, had to shut down. Was able to do a normal shut down. Everything Fine Now! Anybody Else?

I need help figuring out how to download the songs on to my memory card. i know i have everything plugged in to the right slots, i read the directions over and over but i still cant figure out what im doing wrong. 😕 i put in my cd to rip the songs off of it, i click the songs that i want and then i click the copy tracks from audio cd button.the very first time i did it the song was on the phone and i could play it. but then i treied three other songs they went thru and they are on my memory card but it says it doesnt have any songs loaded in the phone but when i looked and saw them on the card.
then another thing is that when im copying them to the memory card it doesnt show the progress( the little blue box next to the song) it just goes...

Does the bluetooth capability work with the direct connect?

Had a chance to play with this phone and loved it. Does anyone know if Nextel assigns a Nextel email address to this phone, like with the Blackberry(user@nextel.blackberry.net)? I currently use the BB 7520 and having the ability to receive and sometimes send email is a must.
