You Can Download Premade TV Episodes and More!

You Can download TV episodes and full length movies. I was amazed about the fact. I went to Circut City and bought a 256MB Micro San Disk. I downloaded The 40 Year Old Virgin and many Family Guy Episodes. The movie is only 60MB and the episodes are only 8MB long. You can also download Music Videos. The website is: http://www.howardforums.com/archive/topic/831 745-1.html It is a forum just like this. Right Click, Save Target As, Drag and Drop in Video File. I also have Seinfeld Episodes. It is not choppy or blurry but crystal clear.

External Antenna for V360

Would like some comments about external antennas.

I barely get reception in my apartment so I currently use an external antenna.

I don't think the V360 has an external antenna jack but I've heard different things from T-mobile and motorola. When I look at the phone online, It doesn't look like it has the external antenna jack.

I also saw some antenna's for sale for phones with out external antenna jacks.

Video Format

Well I've found out how to convert video to 3gp, but when I get them to my phone the are all choppy, its like it skips every second. ☚ī¸ I was wondering if anyone knew the correct settings to keep the video looking good and play smooth. I'm using: Xilisoft 3GP Video Converter to make the movies 3gp. It gives you alot of output options like; bitrate/framerate/etc....
there is a same quality option, when I set it to FALSE it plays smooth but very blocky, if i set it to Same quality true it looks great but its choppy!
Any thoughts are aprreciated!
Tried to search Xilisoft website but cannot get the site to come up!

Key LED not working when buttons are pressed or phone opened

I know the LED works, since it comes on when I power on the phone, but it shuts off and does not come on when keys are pressed or the phone is opened. I've tried both a master clear and master reset, neither seems to work. Taking the battery out doesn't work either. Can anyone give any suggestions? I've had the phone less than a week.

v360: sms in phone memory?

hi all!

as some go saying, v360 can only save sms messages in the SIM card memory, so you have very limited space for them. isn't there a way to save sms messages on the phone memory?

thanks & cheers

V360 - mp3 player - "Play Failed"

Having trouble with the MP3 player. Using the USB cable, I can drag/drop a few MP3 files into the AUDIO folder, but the player always says, "Play Failed". The T-Mobile examples play OK.

I am worried about the 192 bit rate - maybe that is the problem. How do you change the bit rate of a ripped MP3 file?

Thanks so much for your assistance,
Lynn

Synchronizing

I purchased a v360 yesterday and I want to sync Outlook for contact/calendar. However, to buy Phone Tools 4.0 it comes w/ 2 usb cables that I don't need. Is there another way to sync the phone without having to buy phone tools. Does active sync work? Or anything that I can download from the internet instead of buying a CD-Rom.

Thanks

Moto v360 MP3 player support resume and fast forward?

I went to two stores trying to get answers but they were clueless. The manual online was no help either.

I listen to audiobooks on MP3 so when I stop playing I want the MP3 player to resume where it stopped (*not* at the beginning of the song/book). Does the v360 resume where it stopped or at the beginning of the song? What happens if the phone is turned off?

Also, does the MP3 player do fast forward?

I got mine

This phone is beatiful. The VGA camera is the best VGA camera I have seen as it takes great pictures. The PTT actually launches the MP3 player which for some reason launches ITunes on my desk top when I plug the mini usb into the phone. But throw out all of you moto chargers as the only connect it has to charge is the mini usb. It is definitely a V330 on roids.

PROBLEM with MOTO V360

Motorola answered me on the question:
Me:
I want to ask you, if Motorola V360 support SanDisk Gruvi microSD cards ( http://www.sandisk.com/Products/Catalog(1162) -SanDisk_Gruvi_Entertainment_Cards.aspx ). Thank You for your answer...Have a nice day

after 2days:
Motorola:
Thank you for contacting Motorola e-mail support. We really appreciate your interest in our brand and our products.
Regarding your concern, we regret to inform you that the V360 phone does not support an exchangeable memory card....

Do you agree with this answer? I think that motorola V360 support an exchangeable memory. Or not? Which type of memory does Motorola V360 support? Only microSD - TransFlash?

thank you for answer

Playing MP3's

Simple question im sure,

I want to listen to mp3's on my V360 but the music always comes through the speaker. I couldnt find an option to switch it to the headset speaker or to headphones?

Im guessing it might switch automatically if you plug in headphones but all I can find is mono headphones, can you buy stereo headphones, what about stereo bluetooth headphones?

any ideas?

How to show ringer profile status on external display?

My external display (T-Mo branded) shows signal strength and battery on the top. In between is a large blank space, but the pic on Phonescoop shows data mode and ringer profile status also. Is this possible or is the Phonescoop picture a mistake? I would like to be able to see which ringer profile I've selected without pressing the volume key to change it.
