Nokia 6682 / 6681

My friends who work for cingular were informed at their weekly meeting that no new nokias would be released till the middle of september. Not sure how reliable this info is, cuz cingular never seems to know when they are getting their phones. Hopefully they are a little bit off on this prediction and the phone will be released sooner.
cingular and "talks" software
cingular is releasing this phone in july, but from what we received in the store it won't be until Q4 that it will support the "talks" software when cingular plans on launching that service. my question, is if i buy the phone as soon as it comes out, what happens when they introduce push to talk in Q4, is it an easy upgrade to the phone or would doing a warranty exchange take care of that, or am i out of luck??

Any infrmation on a release date for the 6681/82?
Has Cingular started to market this phone in anyone's zipcode? It still appeares on the "expected soon" section of Nokia USA's website, as it has for over a month. What gives? Also, does this phone have any UMTS capability?

Wow, this phone looks great. I got on the Nokia bandwagon late but I'm totally into them now. So how much you guys think this baby is gonna cost? I'm thinking it's gonna put a pretty big dent in the wallet. Maybe $500 bucks?

So does that mean that - if you want to listen to music you have to buy a stereo headset with Nokia's Pop Port connection? And are you, thusly, limited to the quality of headphones/ earbuds that are made with that plug? đĸ

would you be able to use mp3 ringtones. like how it is an mp3 player just use one of your songs as a ringtone?? đ

If the fcc approved the phone does this mean itll come out for the states.

I work for Cingular and I'm trying to get a job with Nokia. Tomorrow I am having lunch with a Nokia representative. He is an account manager for Cingular. Are there any questions you guys want answered about this phone? post them here by 11:00 central time tomorrow morning and I will run them by the Nokia rep.
