RINGTONE QUESTION
Anyone know if there is a way of using mp3's as ringtones on this phone with a data cable? is there something like bitpim for this particular phone?

on the latest v710 s/w release and the e815 you may not use mp3's that are not purchased from GIN as ringtones. I have ono reason to believe that the 8100 will be any different unless it slips out with open miniSD like the first v710's did. You can still load mp3's to listen to, just can't use them as ringers.
