LG VX-8100

I'm an indirect agent in Indiana (midwest also) and I can confirm that the 8100 is not currently on the approved device & PRL list. The list on infocenter for our market is from April.

There IS however new rebate information dated to be out June 20th that came up today, unfortunately even though the link is posted for the pdf the file isn't online yet. Guess they thought they would tease us by posting stuff 3 days early but not letting us see the goods....

I am an Indirect in the Denver Pacific Region and i confirm that it is on our approved device and PRL list. I can also confirm that as of today the E815 was just put on there today as well. We have two companies battling it out with their new phones and it will be interesting to see who wins!

I'm just 45 minutes from Spokane.. I checked with a verizon rep today in Spokane, he said he thinks mid July for this phone to come out in our area. Have you heard differently?
They did however get the rebates, but figure they will have to extend them if they do get here that late. They said it is do to the EVDO feature and not having that technology in our area yet, that some of the other regions may get it before ours.. I hope we get it soon..

I dont think that will be so, the 8000 came out the same day here as it did everywhere else.

🙂 I am hoping that your right.. Besides the other BT phones are here with no problems from what I can tell.
I am looking so foreword to this phone..
When I was at the Valley Mall in Spokane yesterday the Radio Shack personal that sold for Verizon in his store said that he didn't knwo when the phone was coming out but really tried to push the Moto 710.. Said it is just as good..
Maybe he knows the other one is coming quickly and wants to unload the others quickly..
Let's hope..
I have someone checking the main Verizon Store today to see what they have to say.. I will post later and let you know.

LoL, I work at Alert Cellular which is directly below Radio Shack at the Valley Mall. Like I said before dont listen to sales people because all they want to do is sell you a phone. Most of them dont know much more than the average consumer. They know that if you dont buy a phone right then there is a good chance you wont come back and buy a phone at all so they will never tell you to wait for anything. My room mate works at Radio Shack on the Northside and hes pretty much an idiot. He doesnt know much more than the price plans. Most sales people are just good at talking to people they dont know very much about the product. Its sad but true and they will tell you anything to get a phone in your hand. I am telling you wait! Heres why....

🙂Will, you completely crack me up.. This is the first time I have actually felt that I have been given the correct information.
I will definitely wait for the 8100. This is the one that I want, so I will be patient and wait.
