ok i dont know what this sound is called but i cant find what its called so i can mute the sound. Its the sound for like when u make an entry, or send a text message, or change the ring tone, and a yellow check mark shows up. its so annoying how do i mute it.

Does anyone know where I can get free ring tones for the 4020?

We just traded in two old NOKIA 6160s for these phones and spent the weekend checking it out in the Bay Area. Reception is better than the NOKIA. It is very easy to navigate the menus.

I currently spend about $40/month for two land lines in two homes for my PC dialup connections. GSM coverage is good here and would like to use my new phone (the brochure says it is data compatible). Speed is not an issue.

Any ideas on how to proceed?

this phone is the lg 4015 w/color screen on the face of the phone where the 4015 has the mirror and call light indicater. same size and everything. it reminds me of the samsung s307 that cingular carries!!!!
