i have a sidekick 2 and i bought it off someone and i wanna hook it up prepaid tmobile To Go service. and i was wondering since all the memory is oom the sidekick itself then the sim card is just for service. So could u put any tmobiule prepaid To Go sim card inside it?... Please get back to me I really appreciate all of you users help. Thanks.

I keep hearing about a hidden game, putting the javascript thing so that i can see movie clips and other fewatures. also im haaving trouble trying to get a Dev Key. if any1 can help me and post some information ill try to return the favor, if not im very grateful for whatever knowlege you can give

I just recieved my "brand new" sidekick, and to me it feels very not brand new. 👿 Does the screen lift up a bit normally when you go to flip it? is it supposed to feel this flimsy? anyone have issues with theirs in this regards? please let me know quickly since i have a limited time to return this if I need to! thank you in advance!

if u add it to ur cart and then click no data plan and no voice plan it says its only $150+shipping....

under NO DATA PLAN it says u must choose a voice plan on the next page...but i clicked no voice plan and it went straight to the next page to fill out credit card and stuff...anyone know whats goin on?

😁 Can anyone help me? I work at a gas station and my partner found a sidekick2 in the restroom, we kept it for a few days and no one came to ask for it so he let me take it because he didn't even know what it was. Well the question is, how can I activate it? Can anyone explain the pre paid service for me? Do I just buy pre paid cards? Or do I have to call t-mobile and get a contract? Oh and it's really weird too because it was in the leather case but it doesn't have any information inside, no call logs, no e-mails, no txt messages. Either the person who had it had just bought it or the info erased because it was turned off for a few days since I didn't have a charger for it until today. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I was going to get the SideKick 2, But i havent brought it yet because I wasnt sure if there will be a new one coming out. I seen PICS of something called the sidekick3 but wasnt sure if it was the real thing.

So if any one has any realiable info on the a new sidekick please reply.With a yes and a qtr it might be coming out or u month.

is the sidekick camera attachment as good as the sidekick 2 camera? i mean resolution-wise or anything. also, is there any difference between the two camera-wise?

I managed to set up my Gmail POP account on the SKII with minimal difficulty, but now I am having a minor problem with it. There seems to be a delay of anywhere from 1-10 minutes between receiving an email to my Gmail account, and it registering on the SKII. If I press Menu-U, it fetches the email with no problem. I was just wondering if there's any way to get rid of this lag, and have the email sent directly to the SKII as soon as it is received, as in the case of my Tmail account? (I realize that this is probably just a fact of POP forwarding, but still, it's annoying.) Thanks for any help.

Question about the profiles and ringtones. How do the profiles work? Are they like Nokia where you have multiple settings and you can turn everything to your specifications (ie vibe on or off, ringtone, ringtone volume, messaging tone etc etc) or is like a Samsung were it either will ring or it will vibrate and that is it.

I understand there is ssh client software for the Sidekick II, but I wonder how well it performs, and whether the Sidekick was any good as a terminal emulator connected through SSH.

I'm referring mainly to the speed of the machine and the usability of the keyboard and display.

I've considered more expensive options such as the Nokia 9500, but I've wondered whether the Sidekick II was good enough for routine text input. The display seems a little small.

I don't kno which one to choose. Sidekick 2 has a camera which I DO NOT care about. And I want a sidekick one because it is cheaper. And it goes on the web browser. Now is there a difference from Web Browser on the Sidekick Two than the Sidekick One? And is the sidekick 2 a MUCH BIGGER DEAL. I would only want the Speaker. But do they sell Speaker Attachments for Sidekick One? Someone please RESPOND!!

How do you save attachments to your phone. I recuieved pictures and a short music clip that i can veiw and play in my e-mail but i see now option to save them on my sidekick II
