TracFone

This is def. headed for TracFone. It's on their National coverage maps as an option, and it's in their instruction manuals. 😁

entry level

Truth is, most nokia phones look and feel like entry level phones because of their cheap cheap plastic faceplates. For example, the following Nokia phones can easily be put on this list: new 6100, 6200, 7210, 8290, 8390, 3390, 3100, 3200, 6590, 3220, and now the 2600. There a lot more.

Why can't Nokia abandon their "changeable-faceplates designed" phones with well-built phones that do not fall apart. Most of the phones from Samsung, Moto, and LG are very well built. Thank God for these companies. Samsung is my company of choice though.

3100 is better....

I would go with the entry level Nokia 3100. This phone has world roaming and can be had for FREE with a new activation. The 2600 and 3595 can also be had for FREE, but they do not have world roaming and are a lot bulkier. It's your preference really, but for me I go with the FREE phone that can fit in my front jean pocket.
