LG X power (GSM)
Music equalizer problem
I bought an LG X Power a few weeks ago & downloaded Spotify music on it, all features worked great. This phone was stolen & I replaced it with the exact same type of phone and re-downloaded Spotify music.
The problem is that this time around the Equalizer control function does NOT show up on the app for me to use and I noticed that that this time the app is a different version than the one that was on the previous phone.
I contacted Spotify support services & they said that while they understand I may have purchased the SAME make & model, the software & features may be different and that I should contact the manufacturer to see if this SAME new phone has an Equalizer control function available on it for me to use.

WRONG
this is incorrect. its a 1.8ghz octa-core processor and it has 4gb of RAM not 2. please be accurate in your reviews. I work for a wireless carrier and use phone scoop religiously, it on the info page for the phone.
