Something odd...

I just updated my phone using the *228 function. Before this I never had the "Verizon Wireless" print on the screen over the screen pic. Now...powering back on after the *228 update it always says "Verizon Wireless" and I noticed that when dialing it puts it under the dialed number in red. This is also new..What gives...? Is there a way to get it off again?

I took my 6100 to the Tech Support dept in the VZ store and they removed it...i thought it was so annoying! 😡

this will come back if/when you do a *228 update, if ya wanna get fancy and hack that off of it look around these forums, i read it somewhere on here 🙂
