Where do I find software?!
Anyone know where I can get a copy of the snapsync that works with this phone or any other software that will sync outlook with the phone book or allow me to use it as a modem?

Samsung a680/USB Data Cable
When I try to plug my samsung a680 phone to my computer through a USB Data Cable, my phone suddenly turns off and will not turn on. The USB Data Cable is intalled/working properly, but when I try to hook the phone to it I get nothing. Maybe I need a software. Please help!!!

Samsung a680 Cell Phone Covers
Is there anywhere that you can get covers or faceplates for the samsung a680? i like the silver but i think that covers are really cool. Theres faceplates for the a670 but i can't seem to find them for the other one... If u know like a website or a store that fits reply back please😁 😁
Ringers/Screen Savers..
Alright so... I downloaded a ton of ringers and such most of which are in *.MMF and *.MID format. I was just wondering how to go about getting those onto my phone. I don't yet have a data cable for my phone.. Any help will be much appreciated.

Here is my deal, I have midi files that I had on a another phone that want on my A680. I know thru another provider I could just send the file like a picture and save it to my phone and it would go my ringers list. But I can't do that with this Sprint phone. Help.

Muffled Sound on the A680?
I just got this phone, and everyone I've spoken to says that my voice sounds very muffled. I swaped it for a second, and the same issue is still occuring. I actually gave the phone to a friend and called to see what people meant and my friend's voice sounded muffled on it too. It's really quite aweful, and I'm pretty dissapointed because the phone is so cool. Has anyone else experienced this?

HELP! Freezing
My a680 keeps freezing whenever i try to download anything, even from the sprint download center. I've tried turning my phone on and off, enabling/disabling vision, updating my vision profile...everything! do i need a firmware update or is there an easier way?
btw, if i get a firmware update, will all the programs and stuff be erased from my phone?

Well, i will be getting my new samsung a680 that came out to weeks ago *here* for christmas so i'm pretty excited! 😁 I was just wondering about the picture i.d does it show up on the front of the phone or do u have to open it up?
External Screen
If not in use, my external screen shuts off completely. It actually looks like the phone is off. This is the first phone I've seen that does this. I would prefer if it stayed on, with a clock or something of the sort so I can see what time it is without opening the phone... Is there a way I can change my phone from shutting off the external screen completely?
I know I can change the style of the clock on the external screen, but can I make it so that it doesn't completely shut off?

how do you display a picture for an incoming call on the EXTERNAL LCD?
does anyone know how to do this?...the previous instructions work on the internal display but not the EXTERNAL display. can someone please help?...thanks

Picture Quality Compared to A600
Is the picture quality on this phone as good or better than with the Samsung a600? The picture quality with the a600 is simply amazing and the answer to this question will determine whether or not I upgrade to the a680. Thanks.
Samsung VM-A680: downloaded pics on external lcd?
Does anyone know how to get the external LCD to display downloaded images for the caller ID? So far, I have only been able to get pictures taken with the built-in camera to display properly on the external screen. When I assign a downloaded image, it will display on the large screen, but not the small one. I really want my own custom graphics for caller ID's. Any ideas?
a680 - Can the external LCD do picture ID?
If I assign a picture to a contact will the picture show on the external LCD if the person calls? I have downloaded a picture. It shows as a wallpaper when I assign it to the contact yet when the person calls it only shows on the internal LCD. Help!

Firmware update?
I'm running xc15 firmware and I noticed that the latest is xc27.
Is there any way to update the firmware with the usb cable? I have yet to find a program that can actually interact with this phone, but I am wanting to update the firmware on my phone "vm-680"
Also, has anyone else had any proble,ms accessing msn hotmail/messenger? I get to the login screen, and I cant get any farther. It just keeps bringing me back to the login screen. Seems like a bug or something...?

SMS on Samsung A680
I currently have an A500, and I'm considering the A680. Does the SMS on the A680 reside on the phone, or is it on the server like the A500? Thanks.
