BlackBerry 7280

I got this thing in last week and have used the hell out of it. This is the best Blackberry yet!!

How well does this phone sync with Outlook? Will it sync task and notes as well as contacts and calendar? Anything else?

I have a 7280 Blackberry and I need to purchase a multilingual pack so that I can download emails in different European languages. Would any of you know where such a pack can be purchased from?
