Thunderbolt or EVO
1)Cost is really no issue as my employer will be paying for it, and has told me to get the phone that I think is best.
2) both Verizon and Sprint's network coverage is the same in my area.
I'm placing this post in both forums and will take all info to heart.
Thunderbolt HAS PROBLEMS HANDING OFF from 4g to 3g
BEWARE had to return my thunderbolt first for a speaker phone echo and then again 2 days later since if i was not in a 4G area it would not hand off to 3G.
Verizon knows of the issue and says they are working on it but why should we be beta testers for a new phone. They said it was new technology and with that comes problems but the 4G LTE modem came out in November and they still have issues. My advice wait till they work out the bugs!!
A few issues.......
2. Why is the power button so hard to push? It seems really flush and takes multiple times to wake it up.
More issues as they come.

Anyway to get Droid X widgets on this thing?
I found a droid x system dump, downloaded it and tried to load these widgets on it manually (yes, I checked the unknown sources box) and it just comes up "application not installed".

The Release date is.....
Hopefully the bionic follows SOON!
ThunderBolt or Bionic?

I am also eligible for my upgrade right now, and I don't want to wait until June/July for the Droid Bionic.
I do currently have the original Moto Droid and it has been a pretty solid phone for me. It lags A LOT now and I don't even run many apps on it and use my task killer daily to help out with the issue but it is still really slow.
But I must say, after a nice 5-6 year absence from the good phone market, Moto is definitely winning me back.
When I got this Droid, I was very nervous because of the Moto name, but I would not h...
Doesn't $249.99 seem like a lot of money?
4G price plan
Even though this is for the tablet I am sure it will be the same for the never to be released ThunderBolt.
