Motorola V810

Any one know when this is going to be released?

I'm from Venezuela, I bought this phone 2 days ago, I was trying to download the pictures that I took using the phone's camera with no success.

I'm using Mototola Mobile Phone Tools 2.20 with a USB Data Cable and I can edit the information of the calendar and the address book, but it doesn't let me connect to the phone with the "Multimedia Center" that is the program of Motorola Mobile Phone Tools that is supposed to let me download/upload ringtones and pictures.

If you know how to upload/download pictures and ringtones from this phone please tell me how.

Also if you know how to upload games, I was trying using PST 6.7 but I couldn't enable the "Java App Loader Menu".

Has anyone noticed that phonescoop.com has changed the internal screen picture from the phone??? Its like the v710, they changed the picture like last month and still no release. Motorola is dumb as a tree stump. If they do plan on releasing this phone, i highly doubt that anyone will buy it. All the old Verizon phones are being sold at very low prices trying to get rid of them to stock up on the new phones. All the new phones have video-camera capabilities. So bringing out a phone after all the high tech ones come out is just retarded. That is like Sony bringing back casette players.$.02

i got myne from the first ones so i dont have any VIVO logos on it (vivo is like our verizon) its very good but i must say its not worth the wait when i got it i didnt kno about the v710 ow it was brocken but its back when i got it it cost 2000 R$ (about 700 dollars) but i told em my family would quit the company if they didnt give it to me so they gave it to me 4 only 50 reais about 15 dollars

Hello outhere!

Friends, I bought a motorola V810 4 days ago.

If anyone would like to ask about the fone, i am here for that. (sorry for the poor English)

But i can say something. It doesn´t have an alarm clock. I need an alarm and it doesn´t come with one , i had to set up an appointment to the time i wake up and set it to daily. when you go to the schedule you see all days marked that´s not good for me as i seted up some birthdays date on it and i can´t visual see it because it´s all marked (hope you understand what I mean).

It comes with a speakerfone but in the manual doesn´t say how to activate, i had to contact motorola for that, they replyed very fast. When you are in a call you have to hold the OK button for 2 se...

Hi

I just recieved my v810 this morning and was playing around with it, but can not figure out how to get the flash working for the camera. I know the flash is on the front where the "M" logo is, but I can not get it to flash.

If anybody knows please help in this situation because I am getting very frustrated and one of the selling points of this phone, besides size, was the flash.

Hi I have another problem:
I need to know how to access the "Programming Menu" on the v810.

I just recieved mine this morning and took it to Verizon to get an ESN change done and they tried everything but could not access the "Programming Menu". I am sure someone on this board can help because I am in desperate need of some help.

Just wondering if there's any new info.

I went to a verizon store in manhattan and when i asked the manager if he had any information on the the release date of the motorola v710, he said as of now he doesn't but verizons phone list officialy updates the june 28th and it will have all the new phones that are coming out within a 2 week period, so hopefully the v710 is on it. Basically there's no point of contacting verizon until the 28th because they will all tell you the same thing "I dont have any accurate information on the release date of the motorola v710"

Hey All..My Day has Been made. I have received the V810 that I purchased off ebay a few days back...acutally last Week Friday. In California. I have taken a few pics and compared it to my Samsung A610 and the Phone is so small and "Cute". My First Impression is that its very small. It also takes the same batteries as the V60 series which I have laying around at my house

Hi everyone, I'd like to know if it is possible to access the v810
filesystem to download the photos I shot with it. I had no problems
syncronizing Outlook Express' Address book with my phone's address
book using the USB cable and mobilePhoneTools 2, but the software has no option to download the photos...

Can I use BREWapploader to access its filesystem? I used to do that
with my old T720 and could transfer MIDI and GIF files from the phone
to my PC and vice-versa.

How does the external display compare to the VX6000? I am interested in the size and clairity of the text/clock. Is the clock as large as the vx6000?

I don't care about the flashing LEDs.

I can't wait too much longer for the V810!!

I am looking at it right now..OMG>..it came in the mail. I am taking pics of it now compared to my samsung A-610.ITs ultra smalll and it uses all the v60 batteries that I have lying around..I am taking pics now and uploading them to my yahoo photo Album

Shiz....waiting for the usps man to drop off this thing...I know there is a same exact gsm phone like this one that uses the same exact connector on it. Same thing with the Case..I was thinking more of a pouch like case as I want to protect it. IF i know what gsm phone it is I can also get the data cable for that phone and use it with my new one
