CR8TONBOY, DOES THE A610 COME WITH A BELT CLIP HOSLTER? DO THEY MAKE A LEATHER CASE FOR THE PHONE? THX...

Cant be over 200 even before rebate. thats way to much for this phone. Im guessing around 150 before rebate.

If this phone is anything like Sprints Samsung 600 then it is going to be a sweet phone. I saw a dummy version of the 610 at a verizon store and it looked cool. What would make it even better is if it had a 2nd display.

I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TODAY FROM A VZW EMPLOYEE THAT I HAVE BEEN KEEPING IN TOUCH WITH OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS. SHE WORKS CLOSELY WITH A PRODUCT ENGINEER OF VZW AND SHE TOLD ME TODAY THAT THE A610 IS GOING TO LAUCH WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS AND FURTHER STATED SHE WOULD EMAIL ME WHEN SHE GETS A SOLID RELEASE DATE...THIS IS RELIABLE INFORMATION, THIS SAME GIRL POSTED THE RELEASE DATE OF THE AUDIOVOX 8900 ON THAT FORUM, SHE SAID IT WAS GOING TO RELEASE ON DEC 12TH AND IT DID....BELIEVE ME, SHE KNOWS HER ****....I TRUST HER INFO, SOLIDLY..

don't get me wrong, VZ has great service, but when it comes to phones the company sucks. why does it take so long to get the bugs worked out of new phones?? I actually work for them, mostly the reason i have their service, but if i didn't, i'm sure i would be with another carier. take a look at AT&T. their phone selection in awesome, sure it seems like all they sell is damn nokias. you would be suprised how many people come in to the store and ask if we cary nokia. most people walk out because we only have one of their phones. also AT&T has a great selection of FREE phones. VZW has Kyocera 2325s! WOW! Everyone wants one of those! NOT! Why can't we have the V60 for free like everyone else does. I'm sure that would bring more busi...

JUST GOT NEW NEWS ABOUT 10 MINS AGO, THE PROBLEMS WITH THE 610, THEY THINK THAT THEY FIXED, AND IT COULD POSSIBLY BE OUT IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS, 810 IS STILL GOING TO TAKE AWHILE.

Wow the next couple of weeks. Oh Gosh im so happy. Next couple of weeks could be 2 months!!!

I KNOW PEOPLE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH MY RESPONCE TIME, BUT I'M USUALLY NOT ON LONG, AND ONLY CHECK MY E-MAIL EVERY COUPLE DAYS, SO SORRY, AS SOON AS I CHECK, I WILL RESPOND.

I think the a610 is out in a few days. Alot of stores already have the dummy phone. And verizon already built a webpage for the phone .look here.

I was messing around with the A600 Sprint version in the store. It seemed that most features require connecting to "PCS Vision". Perhaps the phone in the store did not have a valid account or was not set up properly, but every time I tried to do something it would try to connect to the PCS Vision network and then come back saying it was busy and to try again later.

My question is: does anyone know if Sprint users often have the problem of the "PCS Vision" network being busy?

Makes me want to hold out a couple more weeks for any verizon camera/flash phone.

Does anyone know anything worth knowing? I am really starting to get annoyed with verizon wireless!! If they dont get the phone out in two to three weeks max I am going to switch to sprint and I know none of you care but 3-4 of my freinds and my family have together 13 phones and you guys waiting for this phone or anyother should join!!!!

BUT if you were to dont join T-mobile I herd they a partners. otherwise hey maby this might be a little boost for them to try and get it harder if you guys join me!!!!

AND sprint has cool ass phones and they are really good!! if anyone knows any new info reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 👿

I found out that the A610 will be availble for purchase on the same day that the Verizon Store has them in stock. 🙂 lol

I just found it on the forum. Why would verizon make that if its not coming out, why would alot of stores already have the DUMMY version of the phone, and have all acessories and so on. As for the v810 i was told january but it seem i could be given bad info by what everyon is saying.

I POSTED A THREAD ON JANUARY 7TH, WITH THE HEADING ( I VERIFIED WHAT DUP SAID) THE PHONE NUMBER TO THE RESTON VIRGINIA STORE IS IN THE THREAD ALONG WITH THE ZIP CODE...YOU CAN CALL THEM IF YOU LIKE, BUT THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THE A610 WILL BE ARRIVING SO I WOULDNT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING....TAKE CARE....P.S. The sprint version is a tad bigger and heavier....but just by a tad

I have the A600 thru Sprint and I can tell it's a great phone. I hope you all over at Verizon get the A610 soon. It's a fun phone and much more durable than what some may think.

Now bull **** nobady post anything if you don't know for shure.. I want to know if they have the actual phone in stock.

TO CLEAR UP ALOT OF WHAT EVERYONE THINKS, THE 610 AND THE MOTOROLA THAT EVERYONE WANTS, IT'S GOING TO BE ALOT LONGER. BOTH OF THE PHONES JUST WENT BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD. PROBLEMS WITH BOTH PHONES!

I saw the SCH A610 at the Verizon Store I work next to in San Francisco. And the features are great I must say...but the design and size of the phone is definitely a big no no...I was looking at the specs but they seem to be completely off. I owned every Verizon color phone out and still the SCH A530 and VX6000 are the best overall phones that I have used.

If people are worried that the phones are all digital there is nothing to worry about. What this does is even the smallest strength of signal will be used. There is barely no more of the static sound on the other end of the line and what not...

Otherwise for those who are waiting for the SCH A610 to be to excited. The phone is good but definitely not better than the ones that are al...

Who in there right mind would keep the maoin screen on the outside????? Only a mental that wants a scratched one!!!

The phone is think and feels like garbage and is out of date!!! audiovox 8900 is the best hands down......the v810 will be a close 2nd but the speakerphone on the 8900 puts it over the top!!!!
