Audiovox 9900 out this month but...........
The 9900 is due this month. It will have speakerphone, camera, and VIDEO record option.........but remeber with it will be bigger. The 8900 is the best all around phone. As for the speakerphone.people get real how good is any speakerphone. Even the ones we have in our homes you have to be in a quiet spot.

When is this phone going to be re-released nation wide on the verizon network. I live in Washington dc and it is still not on the market. Anyone know any details????

Will this phone work overseas
Need help... I need to know if the 8900 from Verizon can be activated overseas in a CMDA system? I know older phones can, but this one seems to have Verizon Wireless software. I need to know if I take it to a service provider, will they be able to activate it locally? If anyone has any info on this matter I will greatly appreciate it.
moto 810 or audiovox 8900?

i'm new to the website and i've heard that a lot of you are waiting for the moto 810 to come out. i just bought the 8900 a couple of days ago and i'm really not that pleased with it. i was just wondering if some of ya'll know how much the moto might cost when it comes out and if ya'll could tell me why the moto 810 is such a good phone? the reason why i ask is because i don't want to waste money on a crappy phone. so if any of you could help, i'd appreciate it. thanks

I have noticed that calls can also be via the flip speaker phone in a quiet setting. Is this normal given its design/location, or is this a real privacy issue? Do any other phones have similar issues? Thanks in advance.

8900 not recalled ..... duh
the 8900 had minor software issues, the new flash software is avaible and if there not on the shelves in any vzw store yet it cuz they havent flased all the stock yet, its not being recalled or disocntinued, just needs new software which is avaible very simple thing, people jump to to many conclusions and for the record the exact issue was mismatched mdn/min numbers in the programming that affected the abilty to acess mobile web, gin, and sending and reciving pic mssgs (mms) so belive wutever you want but this is the facts

Every Audiovox 8900 is being pulled off the shelves people!! Verizon is not selling it anymore!!! It has a problem with the picture messaging system. Call verizon, or call Audiovox ASAP!!!

Sorry buddy if it could be fixed with just a software upgrade thats downloadable they wouldnt of pulled them all from the shelves...and they wouldnt of pulled it off the website!!!
