Motorola v60x

Could anyone tell me how to go about using this V60X with Sprint. I thought that I could just give them the esn and they would allow the phone to be used with the service. It appears that the phone just needs software. Any precise info would be helpful.

☹️ Was there ever a model called V60X2 released by Motorola? I called them to find out the technical difference between a V60X and a V60X2 and they said that they never heard of the X2. I REALLY, REALLY need to know the difference in the phones and whether its just a V60X flashed with the 2.14 combo file and with a retractable antenna or stubby antenna?
