Data Packages

I quizzed one of our data reps the other day and she said this had come up at one of their meetings. Advance word is that you'll have a choice. A premium plan or mobile web plan will give you old school mobile web 2.0 but not full html. You would have the separate option of going for a full PDA style data plan. I guess it's cool that you at least have the choice. I'll share any updates as i get them.

Making fonts bigger...

Can you increase font size on this phone yet???

They really need to offer that option on this phone.

Voyager Pre-Order

Recent Info from Phone Arena: LG Voyager (VX10000) : 11/8 Pre-Order; 11/21 Launch. Do you really need to pre-order on-line in order to get it as soon as they release it? Can I just go to the store and get it there on the 21st? Has anybody used this pre-order option from Verizon before?.
Thank you

🤭 🤭

I would be embarrassed to release such a nice phone with a crippled interface.

The iPhone was good for the competition. It inspires the manufacturers to cater to the fancies of the American public.

Now that the technology has advanced sufficiently, lets combine it all into one device and call it the veal chop.

delicious

Voyager Screen size = 3' Iphone = 3.5'

Screen size is obviously a huge factor when it comes to the competitive aspect. Check it out.

Improvement, but still too Verizon-ish..

I'm not an iPhone user or lover, but since these will inevitably be compared to it, and promoted as the "iPhone Killer" (what a Verizon rep said to me the other day), I have to say, these are no iPhones. Just because you add a touch-screen to a phone, doesn't make it an "iPhone Killer". I think we will see every manufacturer start to come out with integrated touch-screens now that the technology has been developed (evolutionary, maybe).. But Verizon still suffers from their lame, restricted UI's. Although they have jazzed up the icons and menu's (somewhat), the review and pictures still indicate its not as fluid or developed as the iPhone. I think its an improvement by the handset-maker (LG), and I hope we begin seeing many more like th...

pearl 2

Just noticed on the Blackberry site, it says the Pearl 8130 is slightly thinner than the 8100. But on the video here, the guy says it feels a little thicker. It is also heavier than the original. Really looking forward to this phone. I know it's a year old, but pretty much anyone that has it seems to love it, and now we have more features.

Voyager and Vrzn Data Plans

Do you have to get the data plan in order to get the Voyager?. Vrz data plans are kinda expensive 😡 . Is it possible to get it just with the Vcast-mobile web package? I have the 450 minutes plus text messaging for $45 how much would I have to pay a month to have this phone?

Thank you!

Why no pics of the internet on the voyager?

What gives, I wanted to see what it looked like and how you navigated on the web, the review did not really explain this.
