HTC Mogul / XV6800 / PPC6800 / P4000

I know there has been some sort of BT issue with the mogul,But i just switched headses & still have very lower than normal sound. Is it me or is the part of the b/t problem & how would i be able to fix this ?

I have an XV6800 on VZW and I use Outlook Mobile to get mail via my Exchange Server.

I already have the "Messaging" item on the Today screen to show me if any new messages have come in, and I am unable to stop the on-screen notifications popup in the lower-left corner every time a new email comes in.

I have all the notification boxes UNchecked in Start > Settings > Sound & Notifications > Notifications for email, and only the sound checked for text messages.

I still get on-screen notifications for all email and text messages.

I have SPB PocketPlus installed as well as SPB Time, but neither of those have nay options for text or email notifications.

Any idea how to kill these things?

Would anyone know, since this phone has a windows platform, is it GPS capable to install a store bought navigation system so as to not have to subscribe to Verizon's turn by turn application?

On my mogul, when I first got it, on the Home Page, on the left side it said 'Calendar' and on the right side it said 'contacts.'

Now it says 'Email' on the left side and I don't know how to change it back to 'calendar' or is it customizable?

Also,another quick question(s):
1)I downloaded an SMS threaded chat and had the keys pretty big but now it will go to like this really small type and I don't know why and I always have to change it back to the bigger type.

2) Is there a downloadable threaded chat AND keyboard that work in conjunction w/eachother? I've downloaded a couple and the latest one is like a palm threaded chat(including the emiticons!), but when I bring up the keyboard, it blocks out the message and I have to close th...

why wouldn't windows mobile play that format out of the box??

I can't get my songs to stream through my BT headset (Plantronics 320) although when I used to have the Moto Q there was no problem!! any one has any idea what's the problem? Or I am missing something?

I'm looking at this phone (Sprint Nextel) and want to know if anyone has succesfully sync'd it with Vista. The technical specs mention ActiveSync, which is pre Vista. Vista uses Mobile Device manager and I was never able to get my Palm 700wx to sync reliably with Vista.

So offical Windows patch adding reva and gps -- Any word yet one when this is coming out ?

When I start my phone the initial running memory is at 50%.....is that normal...I turned off the active sync start up at the begining...is there anyway to transfer downloaded programs to my micro sd card w/o using active syn....my pc is sick. Thanks in advance!

Is there an option to NOT delete messages from the server when deleting from the handheld?

I have my device synced with both my Home Outlook account and my work Exchange account.

My Outlook account is fine, but when I delete my Exchange messages, it also deletes from the server.

I have looked in all the likely Options/Settings menus on the device, but don't see this anywhere.

Any ideas?

Is there a way to get video clips to play smoothly without dropping frames on the XV6800?. I have tried converting them to Windows Media and several other formats using other programs and they all drop frames so bad they are not worth watching. I'm thinking it's the phone it self and not media player or the other programs. Any help out there?

hey anyone know if there is a work around that would allow the xv6800 to listen to Sirius online...we all know that would be great especially with a great pair of stereo bluetooth headphones

I just purchased the XV6800 from Verizon and would like to transfer my call history and SMS messages to the new phone. Is this possible? If not, is it possible to export the data to another app? Any help is most appreciated. 😁

I am interested in going from my Treo 700WX to this phone and I need reviews from Verizon customers about it before I go and buy it. Can anyone tell me how it is? This is my secondary phone mainly used for business phone calls and email. I have a Venus as my primary phone. Please someone let me know!!!

Anyone know anything about a Nintendo emulator on Windows Mobile 6? Is there one out there? Is anyone developing anything? It may help me decide what phone I buy.

I had no problem sending pics or even videos until recently about 2 days ago that it wouldn't send them out anymore? I had downloaded the first program from PPC Geeks but their website is no longer active i think. Any help with a different program?? 😎
