HTC Mogul / XV6800 / PPC6800 / P4000

Slightly off-topic, but my concerns stem from the delayed release of this phone. I hope VZW gets this phone out this week, because I need a smart-phone ASPAP. AT&T customers in my area are very happy with the network quality (Philly/DE market). I'm not sure of the difference between the upcoming TyTN II (Kaiser: https://www.phonescoop.com/phones/phone.php?p =1297) and the XV6800. I found an article that claims that AT&T is boosting data network speeds: http://www.informationweek.com/news/showArtic le.jhtml?articleID=202101149. This would rival the current Verizon speeds.
