No voice command on this smartphone
This phone has voice tagging
no voice command.
Tagging meaning you have to go in and record your own voice tag for every single contact you have.
which stinks.
They shouldnt have released this phone without it.
My V710 from 2004 and my Motorola Q from 2006
both have VoiceSignal, which is awesome.
If the HTC SMT5800 had it I would have kept it.
But instead I returned it and got the Q9M.
Which has an even newer version of VoiceSignal.
Also the 5800 has small buttons, in bad placing.
and the soft buttons shuold be at the bottom corners of the screen, like every other smartphone out there. Instead they put them down on the keypad.
Has anyone got this phone yet for verizon?
I just recently got the 6800, and I was thinking of switching to the 5800. Can someone tell me how this phone is.

Are you going to post any new info about the LG Voyager VX10000?
People are wanting to know some specs of the phone, such as H, W, D, weight, battery mAh, display size, etc.

Wow, Im looking forward to this. I plan to get it for my birthday. I was wondering if anyone had it yet? I was just wondering if you could post anything that is extra nice about the phone. And also, are you guys at PhoneScoop.com going to do a reveiw on the phone? But it does look like a solid texting phone and thats why I look forward to getting it.

Which Carrier?
Does anyone know if this phone will be picked up by a carrier? If not do you know how much it will cost and if it will work on the AT&T/Cingular network?
Thanks, Berry Frankin Craig IV 🙂

CTIA came late this year
remember, CTIA came so late this year that carriers could really announce any of their holiday hotness. they wanted to tease you back in the beginning of october, not at that end of it. so it's true, there weren't really any jaw dropping phones announced here, but there have already been some, and were told that there will be some more later in the holiday season and then through CES in January.

Maybe next year we can hope to see some phones that make us want spend money.
