I am not a big fan of Ebay with photography stuff, and it's even worse with mobile phones and accessories, been burned, learned and would rather buy it from Cingular or from a reputable online unlocked phone store. Even if its for more money.
I'm also sure there's some nice features on the unlocked unbranded phone that I may or maynot use, but its also nice that if this phone goes bad, I drive like 5 mins. to the Cingy store and get it replaced under warrenty.
