Okay, you should know this. Audiovox never manufactured phones. All the time before they were simply a distributor/marketor. All those phones you thought were Audiovox were really UT Starcom. Audiovox also sold panasonic, pantech, just about anybody that was having a hard time getting distribution. When UT STarcom bought them out, they not only produced phones, but also sell them. UTS now markets Casio among others as well as their own brand.
