We have moved from a home in Georgia to an apartment in Minnesota. The building security is tied to one of our cell numbers. When someone enters the building, they must dial our apartment number, the cell phone rings and then we are to push the numeral 6 and the door will buzz so they may enter.
This does not work. We have covered all possibilities with the building management, have visited the local AT&T store and no one can fix the problem. We have a good signal in our apartment and we have had new sym cards installed.
When we push the numeral 6, we receive a message to input a contact or command.
What can we do to fix the situation?
Thanks
