I got mine too and had I known the limitations such as the key pad light going out three seconds after opening it up. as well all the issues others have with the phone. I hazard to guess that Verizon and Pantech have some liability if someone gets into an accident trying to use this phone while driving. Pantech and Verizon must have known it would be used in this manor. A good lawyer would make the connections to the deep pockets and the liability it would carry.
I have a love hate relationship with this phone.
Pantech and Verizon need to do the reprograming to take care of these issues which they should be able to do and their lack of performance is evidence of their lack of consideration for us their customers.
