Really I just get the memory cards and cases to protect the phone. Usually he BBs come with headsets in the box so you shouldn't need to buy another headset unless you wanted different ones. If anything (depending on how much you're going to use your phone) you may want an extended battery but I am on my blackberry constantly and don't have problems with it dying durring the day. I do have to charge it every night but I literally am on it all day, so yours may last you longer.

Most accessories are going to be for fun, like wireless charing pads, etc. Hope you love your bb!!!!
