You can get wellsfargo to work, at least, if you switch the emulation mode over to Windows IE, since it tells the wellsfargo server you are on a Windows IE browser then, which they support for online banking.
My BB has 4.5 on it, but it isn't a carrier branded one, so I have everything possible on it, some carriers might remove certain functions.
