You can upgrade, you just have to remove the vendor tag. There are instructions on how to do so over at Pinstack.com.
Otherwise you get to wait till T-mo does an official launch.
You don't want 4.5.0.37. It is buggy. I used the Orange Launched 4.5os and it seems to be working well. I'm using 4.5.0.55.
