Hmmm my first post didn't show up...

What is your client trying to access? back end software/servers with a BES? Not possibly unless they use Nextel Blackberry service. Nextel is the only provider that provides a TCP/IP stack with their Blackberry service.

If she has Blackberry why doesn't she use the Web Client for Email? Not as robust as the BES but it gets the job done.
