Email hits bberry and is marked as read in inbox
We just upgraded our dell server and moved to windows vista. All of a sudden all of the company blackberrys (We have Sprint, ATT and Verizon)are causing a problem with our outlook inbox. All emails that hit the blackberry get marked as read in our inbox, whether they are opened or not. We have spent hours on the phone with carrier tech support, RIM tech support and Dell tech support. We've ruled out the carriers as a problem because the problem is consistent. it is not the units as everyone has a different model. It has to be RIM or Dell. Is anyone having this spame problem?

My money would be on Dell and reading the delivery report as a read report...
Try this, have a person turn the setting to send a recieved/delivered email off on their BB, and see what happens to that individual account.
