messages/calls erased

Is there any way to keep my messages and calls from being erased from my phone? I do not have many programs taking up memory and keep my internet history/unnecessary text messages erased to try to free up as much space as possible. Is there a reason that this occurs? One day everything is there, the next gone. Thanks for any advice.

You need to install a micro sd memory card. My blackberry rep told me that the phone views SMS and call logs as unimportant data, and they are erased when necessary.

your phones erases data when the memory is full. its starts erasing unvital information via text and call logs. something on your phone is taking up memory. first go to your options and click status and it should tell you your free memory. also when your on ur main screen press and hold alt and hit lglg. this will bring up your phones cookies per say. and hit menu and delete that will free up some. but your going to want to get a memory card and store everything on that. hope this helps
