I've been pretty confused ever since I ordered the phone off of Ebay. I know it has a lot of great features. But most websites don't have anything about it, including Cingular, who is its carrier.
I don't know how to get websites on the phone nor how to set up email because when I bought it, it didn't come with any manuals or serial numbers to go off of. How am I suposed to maybe activate the phone?

I know this is a while after you posted your original question but if you want to set up email you need to subscribe to the service through your service provider. Once they set you up for the email service I am sure that the rep will be more than will to show you how to do everything on the phone. as well, you can go to cingular.com and click on the support option and go to answer center. there is a device tutorial there... good luck. 🙂
