There is a bunch of well documented confirmed carrier's that will launch one or both phones. The Diamond 2 is likely coming to the states middle of this summer.
The Touch Pro 2 is confirmed to be coming to T-Mobile USA this summer, with leaked photos of a T-Mobile planned launch date of July 22nd.
It is rumored to be coming to other carriers, with Sprint being the most firm of those, also Verizon and AT&T all rumored and pretty much confirmed to be getting it sometime in the near future.
T-Mobile will be the first to get the Touch Pro 2 as it stands right now, and will probably have it for a month before the others get.
Back to the Diamond 2, there is not a lot of interest as of yet over a US release date among the carriers. It is likely T-Mobile will and Alltel will, with the others to follow further down the road. With subsidized phones in the US, it is a better bet that the more feature filled phone is more desirable because there is no cost difference.
