go to start->settings->connections(bottom right tab) then Connections again (icon this time)
advanced tab
Select networks
Then set both drop down boxes to "My Work Connection"
By default "My Work Settings" should not attempt to connect to wireless data. Tap edit under the drop down box and go through all the settings and make sure its all empty and you should be good to go.
