I don't currently own the tilt, but I work for an authorized retailer for at&t, so I have had my hands on it quite a bit. When in a call, you can either use the slide-out keyboard or the on-screen keyboard to give the automated system a response. While in a call, the touchscreen sensitivity does lower a little bit to avoid accidental button pushes, but you don't notice the difference when trying to type numbers.

Thank you for the response. Do you know if the Raphael is going to any US companies? And if so, have you heard a release date? (sorry if the url answers this. We are under a secure software that doesn't let me view it, so I won't be able to see it until I get home tonight.) I am a little more partial to HTC (or almost anybody else) over Sony-Ericcson. No real reason other than the number that I see get returned here. --Just a preferance thing.
