I purchased my htc Touch about two months ago and within the first two days I had to take it back because a pixel was out in the screen, within the last month, the screen has frozen up twice and I have had to remove my battery in order to get it working again. I think alot of people have also mentioned that when the screen is in sleep mode, you don't receive any calls. Just as a suggestion if you change your settings to keep from your phone entering the sleep mode you'll receive all calls, yet it is a pain when you put it in your pocket or purse when you don't have the sleep mode on!!!
