K750 will more than likely be lacking the 800/850 mhz band, which considering that band is a big part of Cingular's network, that wouldnt be a good idea in the event that its only tri-band, 900/1800/1900 mhz.
As for the S710a, it'll be out 1Q 2005, so anytime between now and the end of March, but more than likely alot earlier than the end of March.
