T62U turns off/turns on

Has anybody experienced their T62U powering off then back on? I get the Sony Ericsson logo, then the screen goes blank. I then get the MLife Logo, and the phone beeps 3 times and displays the normal display. I sent the phone back to AT&T, and they sent me a re-furbished one which did the same thing about 5 minutes after I had put the phone together.
