2 questions on W300i

I live near the Mexican border and there's a risk of having outgoing calls routed to a Mexican tower. Although I try to check my display when driving near the border, I just got pinged for an "International Roaming" call at $1.50/minute. Yikes!

According to pg 27 in the manual, the W300i has a restricted dialing feature and one of the options is "Outgoing Intl Roam" -- perfect for my situation. However, when I follow menu path from Settings/Calls/Manage Calls/Restrict Calls, as noted on page 28, the only items listed under Manage Calls menu are Call Waiting and Accept Calls.

I bought the phone from an independent Suncom dealer so I don't think this feature would have been intentionally removed.

Does anyone know what's going on here...

My subject field reads "2 questions"...

My other question has to do with font size on display screen. When I punch in the number I'm calling, typically 10 digits, one digit wraps to next line. Not a huge deal, but is there a way to select a smaller font size so it will not wrap?
