crap service
yesterday i called palm and sat on hold for a little over 45 minutes waiting for somone. then got disconected....called back and got connected to somone right away with no wait time at all (chose same ivr options and everything).... 
called back a few times after that for different reasons and got disconected after waiting on hold for around 5 minutes (that happened about 3-4 times).
plus i can never get ahold of anyone that speaks english (wich seems pretty normal nowadays but still..).
so yeah, palm f'n sucks.
