Sanyo Innuendo: Multitasking

by Attenel    Mar 28, 2012, 1:46 PM

I have the Sanyo Innuendo SCP-6780 and I am unable to multitask on it when listening to music. If I want to do anything else while listening to music I have to exit, which stops whatever song I'm listening to. Afterwards, I'd have to go back to the music player and restart the song if I want to continue listening to music. Unlike the last phone I had, which was under T-mobile, pressing the End button will just stop the music and give me the main menu.

Now, I would think that a phone capable of browsing the web would surely have the capability to allow music to play in the background while say, texting; I'll allow it to stop the music when I'm browsing or playing a game but at least allow me to do so with the other features on the phone.

Anyone know how to fix this problem? Is multitasking with the music player available on the Sanyo Incognito?

P.S. I listen to music with an SD card, but the same issue occurs even when the songs are on the phone itself.
