"I HAD THE SAME ISSUE. YOU HAVE TO CONTACT TECH SUPPORT WITH SPRINT. IT IS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH THE PHONE. I ENTERED IN A CODE WHEN THEY WALKED ME THROUGH IT, AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. NOW IT WORKS GREAT! I SHOULD HAVE WROTE IT DOWN, BECAUSE I WAS ASKED ABOUT SEVERAL TIMES ALREADY."
