Sorry it took so long, hopefully you had the situation resolved. If you have ESRP or TEP, take the phone into a Sprint corp. tech store so they can replace the phone if the phone can't be fixed. There shouldn't be a cost involve due to your monthly service you're paying on ESRP or TEP. If you don't have ESRP or TEP, there are fees up to $55 to get the phone fixed or replaced. Keep in mind, there can be NO signs of liquid damage or damage to the board.
