Audiovox xv6700

Storage Memory Critically Low. There is no (zero) Storage Memory available. I sync with MS Outlook - I have good number of contacts. I receive over 50 emails per weekday; I delete each after reading the email. I have copied 80 songs to a storage card. I have downloaded - 5.9MB. There are no Word, Excel, pictures, video or other files saved on the device. I have spent 2.5 hours with Verizon and they have no idea. They suggest removing Skype - when I went to remove through "Remove Program" the program wasn't listed. Verizon support has no idea of the problem. THey suggest a hard reboot - erasing all of the information and settings and starting over, yet they do not know if this will correct problem. (But, they are nice tech support people.) They suggest contacting Audiovox - well, it is Sunday and Monday is a holiday and I question whether they will help. My guess is they will say it is a MicroSoft problem. Any ideas?
